Roles and Responsibilities

  4. Provide confidential pastoral counseling and guidance to department members and their families during times of personal stress or crisis. 

  5. Community Liaison:
  6. Serve as a bridge between the police department and the community, participating in events and outreach programs like homeless outreach and community meetings. 

  7. Disaster and Homeland Security:
  8. Respond to the needs of the community and department personnel during large-scale disasters or critical incidents. 

  9. Training and Mentorship:
  10. Offer expertise and understanding of law enforcement challenges and participate in department meetings and events to build rapport.
